The Fit-Nest

The Fit-Nest is a womens gym nestled in Emu Heights, NSW Australia. Here at the Fit-Nest we are all about you!

We are firm believers in looking and feeling great on the inside as well as the outside, so we dedicated our gym to providing just that for all our ladies in the local area and surrounds. At the Fit-Nest we not only have great circuit, cardio and weight training we also have an extensive list of classes, including SPIN, ZUMBA, BOXING and YOGA. If that is not enough there is also personal training (PT) on and off-site, a committed nutrition team to coach you through our proven Metabolic Jumpstart Programme and a great range of Spring Chick Packages to get you into shape before summer.

The Fit-Nest is for women from all walks of life, it does not matter what your age, weight, height or physical capabilities are, we are here to guide and help you through your fitness and health journey. We have an incredible fitness team that are here for any of your health and fitness queries, whether they be big or small. At The Fit-Nest we want you to feel at home!
