A qualified and passionate instructor of the Pilates method, having taught in the community of Launceston, Tasmania, for over 10 years. A love of movement for which has grown organically, over my life, through dance and yoga, has today brought me to a place of contentment and an informed belief, of the possibilities and potential of not only healing through movement, both physically and mentally but the ever evolving and deep grounding sense of balance for one’s life – that I believe a dedicated practise in mindful forms of movement like Pilates or Yoga brings.
