Po graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of Newcastle and has a special interest in orthopaedic conditions and sports injuries. She is highly motivated and open-minded, constantly staying up-to-date with the latest research to provide the best possible treatment. Outside of physiotherapy, Po enjoys staying active through weight training and playing basketball, as well as exploring the city and trying new cuisines.

Another physiotherapist at Swansea Physiotherapy is Kym Mangos. Kym has extensive experience in the field, having obtained his Diploma of Physiotherapy and Diploma of Manipulative Physiotherapy. He is interested in using a combination of manual therapy and yoga poses to address musculoskeletal problems. Kym has been practising and teaching Iyengar yoga since 1995, which emphasises alignment of the body and the use of props to achieve poses.

He incorporates these yoga poses into his physiotherapy practise to help address the underlying causes of musculoskeletal issues. Kym enjoys practising yoga daily and loves spending time in the ocean.

Carolyn Urquhart is another skilled physiotherapist at Swansea Physiotherapy. She has 25 years of experience in providing care in private practise and has a specific interest in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Carolyn takes the time to listen to her patients and understand their needs, ensuring that she provides individualised treatment plans. She is dedicated to ongoing professional development to stay updated with the latest techniques in physiotherapy.
