Surrey Park Football Club, also known as the Panthers, is a prominent sports club in Melbourne, Victoria. Having commenced in 1994 through the amalgamation of Surrey Hills Football Club (established in 1887) and East Camberwell Football Club, the club is now in its 26th season. In 2019, the club achieved great success with all three of its teams reaching finals, including the Men's Reserves team, which won the Grand Final. Moving forward into 2020, Surrey Park Football Club aims to build upon this success.
The club competes in The Eastern Football Netball League (EFNL), Division 4 competition, fielding Senior and Reserve Men's teams. Additionally, they have a Men's U19's team competing in Division 1 of the EFNL competition. In an exciting development for 2020, Surrey Park will be launching their first-ever Senior Women's team. This creation will provide a pathway for successful junior female players to continue their football journey at Surrey Park and also offer opportunities for women in the wider community to become involved in Australian rules football.
