Surfcoast Tennis Club

Welcome to Surfcoast Tennis Club! Located in Torquay - Jan Juc, Victoria, Australia, we are a large sports club offering a range of tennis activities for both adults and juniors. With 15 courts spread across three venues, we provide a mix of social and competitive play, as well as coaching programmes and public court hire options.

Our club was formed in January 2018 when Torquay, Jan Juc, and Bellbrae Tennis Clubs came together to create a single entity. This amalgamation has allowed us to offer a wider range of services and opportunities to our members.

For adults, we offer social and competitive play options seven days a week. Whether you're looking for a casual hit or want to participate in organised competitions, we have something for everyone. Our courts are well-maintained and cater to a variety of playing surfaces, including synthetic grass and plexi-pave.

Juniors are also a key focus at Surfcoast Tennis Club. We provide staged competition settings and coaching programmes designed to help them develop their skills and love for the game. We also offer Hotshots, a specialised programme for young players aged 4 to 9 years.

In addition to organised play, we also offer public court hire, making tennis more accessible to all members of the community. If you're looking to book a court, simply use the Tennis Australia Book a Court system, our online platform that allows you to easily reserve and pay for your court time.

At Surfcoast Tennis Club, we are privileged to have Jackson Varney as our head coach. With over 10 years of coaching experience and a passion for regional tennis development, Jackson and his team offer a range of coaching programmes for all ages and levels. From Hot Shots to adult group coaching and private lessons, there's something for everyone.
