Stretch-Rite

Sharon is a Senior Instructor of Stretch Therapy. Sharon has spent more than 3000 hours assisting Kit Laughlin, who founded Stretch Therapy, teaching the essential stretching and strengthening movements to attendees of the one-day intensive classes as well as three-day and four-day intensive courses, held for doctors, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and many other body workers. She has trained extensively with Kit and his senior instructors at the Australian National University Sports Union in Canberra.
