Once the children turn 4 years old, they transition into the tennis programmes. Cooperative play activities encourage social interaction, teamwork, and communication.
The lessons conclude with a cool-down period to promote flexibility and prevent muscle soreness.
The club offers different programmes based on age groups. The Red Ball programme is beginner-friendly, using a larger and low-bounce red ball and kid-sized courts for easy play. The Orange Ball programme is for children aged 8 to 10, progressing from Red Ball with a higher and faster ball bounce and slightly larger court. The Green Ball programme is for children aged 9 and older, played on a full-size court with another increase in ball speed and bounce.
