About
Rhythmic Gymnastics is a vibrant, dynamic sport where girls are required to show strength, flexibility, and grace while performing routines strictly in time to music. Gymnasts execute leaps, balances, rotations, dance, and acrobatic skills while manipulating hand apparatus such as Rope, Hoop, Ball, Clubs and Ribbon. Each apparatus is unique in its movements and requires a high degree of hand-eye coordination while being bounced, rolled and thrown in harmony with gymnast and music.
