Our classes are conducted during school terms and are taught by Master Level instructor Nicola Francis, who has extensive experience in Wing Chun Kung Fu.

Wing Chun Kung Fu is the perfect self-defence system, as it does not rely on strength but rather uses protective behaviour principles and strategies. It is non-competitive and is not about fighting or violence. By joining our classes, you will not only learn practical self-defence skills but also develop values such as motivation, coordination, and respect for oneself and others.

Our gym welcomes kids aged 5 and above, making it an all-weather sporting activity that can be enjoyed all year round. We now offer classes specifically designed for boys and girls aged 5-7 and 6-12, as well as TEENS/ladies only classes.
