South West Rocks Little Athletics

Little Athletics is run Friday nights at 4. 45pm at the Oval. We offer zone, regional, state and national competitions as well as interclub gala days, coaching clinics and other coaching opportunities. Events that we run include sprints, walks, middle distance runs, discus, javelin and shot put, high jump and long jump.

We also offer a fantastic tiny tots programme for children 3-5 focusing on movement and gross motor skills whilst introducing them to athletic events.
