She was inspired to start teaching after studying with Senior Iyengar Teacher Glenn Ceresoli during his retreat in Goa, India. In 2011 she completed his intensive teacher training course in Byron Bay.
Sophie teaches at Essence of Yoga in Maroubra as well as Elixr in Bondi Junction. She is available for private, semi private and corporate yoga lessons.
Sophie is an understanding and responsive teacher who strives to help all her students get the most out of their yoga practise.
