WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL?

We teach classical yoga, which takes a holistic approach: Yoga shows us how to strengthen and harmonise the body, the mind, and the soul, so that we can achieve our goal of a healthy body, a balanced mind and inner peace.

We offer drop-in classes as well as courses for various practise levels, free group meditations with Mantra chanting, workshops on meditation and positive thinking, yogic-vegetarian cooking workshops, a Yoga Boutique, Yoga retreats and Teachers Trainings Courses.
