In February and March, the training sessions will concentrate on renewing body conditioning, flexibility, strength, and stamina through kumite and kata practise. In April and May, the focus will shift towards sharpening kumite and kata skills. Lastly, during June and July, tactics and strategies for kumite and kata performance will be addressed.
All training will be conducted at their dojo in Collaroy, situated in the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
