Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness is designed to give you “hands on” experience of your highest consciousness. It teaches a method by which you can achieve the sacred purpose of your life.

The word Kundalini literally means “the curl of a lock of hair from the beloved. ” It is a metaphor, a poetic way of describing the flow of energy and consciousness which already exists within each one of us. The technology of Kundalini Yoga applies its science to our bodies and minds, and is aimed at spirit which has no boundaries, no discrimination. Kundalini Yoga is universal and nondenominational, it is not a religion.
