We take a very different approach to fitness. For us at Revolute Movement Academy (RMA) it is not only a physical matter, it is multidimensional. Physical, mental and spiritual fitness are interrelated, and we believe it is the latter two that determine the edge one athlete will have over the other. Because of this, our coaching style is integrated.
