We have space for 3 children in each time slot.This is a dynamic total body workout on the reformer machine that will leave you with greater muscular and postural awareness (as well as a little burn!). This class combines classical Pilates principles with a functional movement approach to maximise the effectiveness of your workout both inside and outside of the class. Props may be used to add challenge and variety. Suitable for: beginners through to advanced. Please advise your instructor of any injuries beforehand.
