Our focus and care is towards positive people who want to move forwards in their life with building a strong core and back, pelvic floor, long lean muscles and above all – happy souls. Our 7 instructors offer a wide variety of teaching styles and expertise. Between us we have over 45 years of knowledge and skill to ensure you are in the safest, most nurturing environment possible.
Our own Exercise Physiologist; Ellie Hargreaves, or our Physio; Roxy White, are fabulous for Private, Injury rehabilitation or Semi-Private Intensive Sessions.
You may find you walk in to our studio on some days feeling sluggish or tired – we guarantee that you'll walk out with your shoulders back and down and a smile on your face.
We will also offer you challenges set to motivate and show results, nutrition information sessions, discounted products through well regarded suppliers, outdoor fitness or SOULbox sessions, and a very warm and engaging environment, with onsite Coffee Shop, where you can chat and relax with a coffee and your new Soul Society community after class.
