The studio is open from Monday to Thursday, with classes starting as early as 6am and ending at 7:15pm. On Fridays, the studio operates from 7am to 6pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays, classes are available from 8am to 10:45am, with an additional evening class on Sundays at 5pm.
