We offer Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Zumba and Spin. Each class focuses on goals like flexibility and posture for Yoga, and alignment and core strength for Reformer Pilates.

How do I book or join, and are memberships flexible?

You can press the button to book a free class through our class calendar. We also offer a Non Lock Membership option that can be cancelled anytime with 1 months notice.
