Pulse Gymnastics

Pulse Gymnastics is a leading sports club located in the northern suburb of Epping, Victoria. Established in 2016, the club's mission is to provide exceptional gymnastics programmes for children of all ages and abilities in the community. Pulse Gymnastics aims to offer quality gymnastics classes that help children reach their full potential.

At Pulse Gymnastics, members have access to a state-of-the-art facility that is equipped with international-standard Spieth Equipment. The facility includes a 14m × 14m sprung floor, balance beams, uneven bars, single high bars, vaulting tables, a 12m tumbling trampoline, sprung tumbling strip, a large European in-ground trampoline, and a 70 square metre in-ground foam pit. In addition to these main apparatus, the facility also provides other equipment such as foam shapes, climbing ropes, and soft matting to assist in the development of fine and gross motor skills.

Pulse Gymnastics offers a range of programmes for children aged 4 months to adults. They have a Baby Gymnastics programme for infants aged 4 months to 2 years old, Junior Gymnastics for children aged 2 to 6 years old, General Gymnastics for ages 7 to 11 years old, and Teen Gymnastics for ages 12 to 16 years old. The classes are conducted by a team of experienced coaches led by Natasha, who ensure that the classes are safe, encouraging, and engaging for all participants.

One of the highlights of Pulse Gymnastics is their Baby Gym programme, which provides a strong foundation for infants during their critical early years. The club recognises that this period of a child's life greatly influences their movement abilities later on.
