Progressive Fighting Arts offer a comprehensive curriculum – whether you are interested in our senior self-defence class, kid’s karate or health and fitness training. Affiliated with the Bob Jones Corporation (Australasia’s largest Martial Arts organisation). We seek to improve the system, improve ourselves and be aware of creating the opportunities for individual’s within our organisation to achieve their personal best.
