Our facility at Alfred Health provides state-of-the-art equipment and a supportive atmosphere where you can challenge yourself and push your limits.

One of our key offerings is our adventure and travel experiences. We organise overseas health and fitness retreats, treks, and international marathons to help you tick off your bucket list goals. Imagine enhancing your fitness at a beachside wellness retreat in Bali, participating in one of the International Marathon Majors, or embarking on a bespoke adventure to places like Kilimanjaro, Kokoda, or the Grampians. We customise trips for groups, whether it's your colleagues, friends, family, or sporting team.

If you prefer to stay local, we also have a range of fun and challenging classes to keep you fit and motivated. Our group fitness classes are suitable for all levels of fitness, and we pride ourselves on creating circuits that are motivating and challenging within a supportive environment. From Altitude Training and Strength & HIIT sessions to Boxing and Running Group, we have something for everyone.

Our journey began in 2006 as ProSport Health & Fitness, focusing on outdoor fitness camps, personal training, and corporate fitness sessions. Over the years, we expanded to include adventure trips and opened our headquarters in Richmond. However, the challenges of 2020 and 2021 forced us to reassess and adapt. We turned to online zoom sessions, and while international adventures were put on hold, we reinvigorated our business and are excited about the offerings coming in 2022.
