Welcome to Pollet's Martial Arts Centre – Dubbo, located in the beautiful Dubbo City Council. Pollet's Martial Arts Centre offers a range of programmes and instruction in Traditional Karate, Okinawan Kobudo, Muay Thai, Kempo Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Self Defence, MMA, Cage Fighting, and Physical Fitness.
Our Little Tigers programme is available five days a week, Monday to Friday from 4:00pm to 4:30pm, providing young children with an introduction to the world of martial arts. We believe that Martial Arts is not just a one-day affair, but a lifetime commitment and study. It is a way of life, and our dedicated instructors are passionate about helping students embrace this philosophy.
With eight full-time locations across Dubbo City Council, we cater to students of all ages and skill levels. From 2-year-olds to school children, government departments, adults, and families, we have a programme suitable for everyone. Our experienced instructors are committed to providing high-quality training and offering a safe and supportive environment for all of our members.
Pollet's Martial Arts Centre offers a variety of martial arts styles, including Karate, Okinawan Kobudo, Muay Thai, and Boxing. In our Karate classes, we teach striking techniques through punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and vital point strikes. Additionally, we incorporate grappling, locks, restraints, throws, and psychological elements into our classes. Our Okinawan Kobudo classes focus on ancient martial arts weaponry systems, using weapons such as Bo, Sai, Tekko, Nunchaku, Eku, Tonfa, Kama, Tinbe Rochin, and Suruchin.
The Muay Thai syllabus at Pollet's Martial Arts Centre is based on Grand Master Toddy's proven teaching style, which has produced over 40 world champions. In our Boxing classes, participants learn the art of striking using only their fists, making it a great choice for those looking to get fit or pursue a career in the sport.
