St Johns Dubbo (Group 11 Junior Rugby League)

The St John’s Junior Rugby League was developed by the De La Salle Brothers and parents of sons attending the catholic schools in Dubbo in 1972. Their idea was to give the children football in a Christian environment maintaining the values of their education and allowing the boys to develop their sporting prowess. Over the years these same principals have been followed at the St John’s Club where we believe that winning comes after learning how to accept loss, caring for our fellow team mates and having respect for ourselves, the opposition and our peers.
