Located in the Food Court (Lower Level) on Kent St in Sydney's Central Business District, Plus Fitness CBD Kent Street is positioned in order to allow locals and business people easy access to our state of the art facilities. Whether you prefer to come in before work, during your lunch break or after work, the gym is open. This means you can tie in your fitness routine with your work commitments.
We offer a range of free classes including Spin Bike, Pump, Step, Boxing, Yoga, Pilates, Super Circuit, Fat Burner as well as an Abs, Butts, and Thighs class. We also have friendly and experienced people who instruct the classes – real humans and not virtual classes !! These instructors are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals !!
