

Platform CrossFit offers the community an opportunity to participate in group classes under the guidance of a coach or one on one Personal Training.
The WODs consist of a combination of free weights, skipping, rowing, olympic weightlifting, power lifting, plyometric and bodyweight movements performed at high intensity (only with good form) for optimal results.
An important aspect of CrossFit is the community where members are encouraged to work out in a positive, vibrant, supportive and healthy environment. It is a social and interactive form of working out that caters for every member of the public.
