We allocate a minimum of 10 minutes per lesson to deep water activities, such as treading water, deep water recovery, and mobility on the front and back. Our goal is to have every child in our swim school learning to be safer in the water as quickly as possible.

We offer a variety of swim programmes for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Our Parent Child Programme is suitable for children aged 4 months to 3 years and provides a great opportunity for bonding and early water acclimatisation. For children over 3 years old, our Children's Learn to Swim programme offers indoor swim classes that are engaging and fun. During school holidays, we also have a Holiday Swimming Programme that allows children to continue their swimming progress outside of regular term lessons.

Additionally, we offer Adult Learn to Swim classes for adults of any skill level and Private Swimming Lessons for those who require extra support.
