It is worth noting that from 5:00PM to 5:30PM, the club offers Tiny Tots Athletics, specifically designed for the youngest members, followed by sessions for all other age groups from 5:30PM to 7:00PM, as part of our community athletics programme. These training sessions offer a unique opportunity for families to engage in club activities and witness firsthand the sense of camaraderie and teamwork that our club fosters.
