Our intimate yoga studio overlooks Pittwater from above the Boathouse Café in Palm Beach. The teachers, as individuals come together to be able to share the practise of yoga in this beautiful space.
Whether the class is for beginners, general students, a restorative or vinyasa flow class, teachers encourage students to honour themselves and practise with their own needs in mind. We only offer small classes of up to 10 students, so you will enjoy individual attention. Everyone welcome!
Wear comfortable clothes and don’t eat too much at least one to two hours before class. Mats, bolsters, blankets belts and blocks are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
If our timetable does not suit, you can organise special private classes. Perfect for just you, family, friends, corporate events at your place of business or as part of a wedding plan.
Come and join us and perhaps make a day of it if you don’t live locally. Take in a delicious meal at the Boathouse after your yoga class. Have a swim at Palm Beach and walk to Barrenjoey Lighthouse.
