

Palm Beach Netball Club Inc. is a volunteer-based sports club located in Gold Coast, Australia. The club aims to create a positive sporting environment for players, coaches, and parents, encouraging participation in the exciting sport of netball. Affiliated with the Hinterland District Netball Association (HDNA), Palm Beach Netball Club offers a range of programmes for players of all ages.
The club's winter competition takes place on Saturday mornings, starting with the Net Set Go programme for young players, followed by matches for juniors and intermediates. Monday nights are reserved for senior and mixed competition. In addition to winter, the club also offers a twilight competition on Monday nights during summer.
Established in 1973, Palm Beach Netball Club originally played at Palm Beach as part of the Gold Coast Netball Association. In March 1992, the club became incorporated and transferred its affiliation to HDNA at Firth Park, Mudgeeraba. HDNA is known for having one of the largest Net Set Go, junior, and intermediate competitions on the Gold Coast.
Currently, Palm Beach Netball Club has over 300 players enrolled, with 34 teams participating in Net Set Go, Juniors, Intermediates, and Senior competitions across all divisions. The club has a dedicated committee that oversees its operations, including positions such as President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Registrar, Grading Convenor, Coaches Convenor, and more.
Palm Beach Netball Club expects all players, officials, parents, and supporters to uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship and fair play. The club adheres to HDNA's Code of Conduct and Netball Queensland's guidelines to ensure a positive and respectful environment for everyone involved.
For the 2023 netball season, the official start date for Junior/Intermediate club training is from the week beginning March 2nd. Grading games for seniors will commence on January 30th, with the first round starting on February 20th. Grading for juniors and intermediates will begin on March 4th, followed by the first round on April 22nd.
Palm Beach Netball Club is passionate about the development of its players and offers coaching support, player development programmes, and opportunities to participate in representative competitions. The club also actively engages in fundraising and community events to support its operations.
