PFC CrossFit 3076 is a strength and conditioning facility, located at 2/63 Duffy Street, Epping, Victoria 3076, that develops individuals, athletes, and first responders to achieve elite levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity.
Our training programme (Workout of the Day) utilises the best of Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio to produce proven results for our members. The constantly varied nature of our programming will keep you interested, motivated and on track to achieving your fitness goals.
Our Coaches are experienced, knowledgeable and focused on your individual needs. You will receive personalised coaching, aimed at moving you closer to your health and fitness goals. Every workout is scalable, so that no matter what your current level of fitness, you can complete any workout.
