The club offers opportunities for football at all levels, including both men's and women's senior programmes as well as an Under 19 team. In 2019, the club expanded its reach by introducing a women's netball programme, which quickly gained popularity and now consists of five registered teams. Alongside the netball programme, the club boasts ten football teams, making it the largest club in the Victorian Amateur Football Association (VAFA). The senior men's, women's, and Under 19 teams all play in the VAFA's leading grade.
Toorak Park in Prahran serves as the club's home ground, but due to its size, the club also utilises other nearby grounds when necessary.
On the field, the Old Xaverians Football Club is dedicated to helping every player achieve their potential while wearing the iconic Red and Black colours. Off the field, the club focuses on the personal development of its players, aiming to foster valued members of both the football club and the wider community.
