Newcastle Barbell Club is the First NSWWA-Certified Weightlifting Club in Newcastle and The Hunter. We combine world-class equipment supplied by IronEdge and the highest level of coaching and programming. Our aim is to provide a quality environment for you to master the movements that will ultimately improve coordination, balance, strength, speed, agility, and flexibility.
Whether you're an experienced competition lifter, a new aspiring competition lifter looking to take your lifting to the competition platform, an amatuaer athlete wanting to build a solid base of strength and power or a sportsperson looking for that edge on the rest of the competition then Newcastle Barbell Club is for you.
We accommodate for junior athletes/ weightlifters, senior athletes/ weightlifters and masters athletes/ weightlifters (35+).
