TACTIX TRAINING

TACTIX TRAINING is a disability-focused gym located in Broadmeadow, serving the Hunter, Newcastle, and Lake Macquarie areas since 2015. The gym offers a unique and high-end service aimed at developing confidence, self-esteem, fitness, and healthy living habits for clients. While TACTIX TRAINING does train neurotypical clients, their main focus is on training individuals with ASD, ADHD, physical disabilities, or other diagnoses.

The team at TACTIX TRAINING has worked with a variety of people and takes pride in their ability to deliver tailored training to everyone, regardless of their situation or disability. Continuously striving to improve, they are dedicated to offering new and high-quality health-related services to their clients.

TACTIX TRAINING provides a range of services that cater to those with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, or any other diagnoses. Their gym programmes are highly customisable and tailored to meet the specific needs and desires of each client. In addition to the gym training, TACTIX TRAINING has recently introduced other health-related services, such as Support Work, to better serve their customers. They are constantly exploring new services to offer their clients.

The current services offered by TACTIX TRAINING include 1-on-1 personal training sessions of 30, 45, or 60 minutes, 1-on-1 self-defence and mixed martial arts sessions of the same durations, inclusive kid's group programmes, kids, and teens mixed martial arts classes, 1-on-1 support work and carer services, as well as their signature 10-week Healthy Habits Mentoring Programme.

The team at TACTIX TRAINING consists of passionate and dedicated individuals. Sean, the Founder, and Director, leads the team with his vision. Amy is the Operations Manager, ensuring the smooth running of the gym. Tash is the Team Leader and Support Worker, providing guidance and support to clients.

Rowan is the Mixed Martial Arts Coach, Taz is a Personal Trainer, and Henry is a Support Worker, all of whom contribute their expertise to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
