The Gold Coast Hockey season runs from March to September, and training takes place at the Gold Coast Hockey Centre on Musgrave Avenue in Labrador. Senior training sessions are held on Wednesday nights from 6:00pm to 9:00pm, while junior training sessions take place from 5:00pm to 6:00pm on the same day. These sessions provide players with the opportunity to develop their skills, improve fitness, and bond with their teammates.
In addition to the regular training sessions, the club also competes in matches throughout the season. The game times can be found on the Gold Coast Hockey Association website.
