A beautiful half day where it’s all about you in the here and now. This is a chance to step on your mat safely, supported and guided to give yourself the dedication, time and focus that you need and deserve.
Come and join Morgane, our Muse yoga instructor, for a half day yoga retreat. As the end of the year is fast approaching, life can get quite hectic. Ease into it by giving yourself a few hours to move, breathe and reset.
Not only will we touch on the physical practice of yoga but also the mental aspect through meditation and a sprinkle of the philosophy behind it all.
Start the day with a nice Vinyasa flow as the doorway to stillness. You will then be guided through a meditation practice called Asanas.
Through the physical practice, we can attain focus and be ready to dive a little deeper into the full spectrum practice.
Because a full practice is an equal amount of yin and yang, we will finish with a more restorative, sweat-free, Yin Yoga practice to target the fascia around the muscles which help with a greater range of movement, as well as the energetics of the body based on Chinese medicine.
