Located in Bondi Junction, Sydney, Kundalini Yoga is a sports club that offers both Kinesiology sessions and Kundalini Yoga classes. Led by health professional Robbie Chapman, who has over 27 years of experience in the natural health profession, the club aims to help individuals release stress and achieve balance in their lives.
Kinesiology is a holistic health therapy that focuses on identifying and addressing imbalances or blockages in the body's energy system. Through muscle testing, Robbie is able to assess the location and underlying causes of these imbalances, allowing clients to achieve equilibrium and experience feelings of lightness, calmness, and confidence. Kinesiology sessions are conducted on a one-on-one basis in a peaceful and supportive environment.
Kundalini Yoga classes are designed to energise, de-stress, awaken, and prepare individuals to live a more fulfilling life. Combining breathing techniques, mantras, postures, and meditation, Kundalini Yoga helps students tap into their true potential. It is considered the most comprehensive form of yoga and aims to establish a harmonious relationship between the body, mind, and soul. The classes focus on reducing stress, strengthening the core, improving spinal flexibility, and expanding lung capacity.
Robbie Chapman holds several qualifications including a Diploma of Herbal Medicine, a Diploma of Health Sciences in Holistic Kinesiology, and Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Level 1 and Level 2 modules. She is a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society and registered with KYTANZ (Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association of Australia) and IKYTA (International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association).
Kundalini Yoga offers a well-balanced timetable, with Kinesiology appointments available Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, and Kundalini Yoga classes held on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm to 8pm, as well as Friday mornings from 9am to 10:30am. With its commitment to helping individuals release stress, find balance, and live more fully, Kundalini Yoga is the ideal sports club for those seeking physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing in Sydney.
