The half-marathon course challenges runners with 680 metres of elevation, including a daunting ascent of the formidable Mt Amungula. Meanwhile, the 12 km route features over 320 metres of climb.

During winter, Kowen Trail Run offers a series of three fantastic events called Winter Trails.
