Katie Brown, known as The Relaxation Expert, is passionate about creating Guided Relaxations – beautiful narratives that combine with Restorative Yoga poses and soothing breathing practises to still the mind, unravel muscle tension, and heal the body. Katie offers a variety of yoga courses and has also authored two books: Guided Relaxation and the Relaxation Rainbow.

Katie's yoga classes offer a unique journey that combines massage, yoga, relaxation practises, breath work, and mindfulness. The aim is to help participants feel their absolute best. Her courses are designed to create calm and open up a world of tranquilly and calmness. The Guided Relaxation book includes over 30 relaxation scripts and is available in both full-colour paperback and digital download formats.
