Carefully programmed and designed to challenge you and improve your overall fitness. Each day, a specific workout of the day (WoD) is planned and posted at the beginning of the week. These WoDs include a combination of strength exercises and high-intensity movements, targeting different muscle groups and cardiovascular conditioning. The WoDs are scalable to suit all fitness levels, so whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, you can participate and push yourself to achieve your personal goals.
To become a member at IronBody CrossFit, simply visit our website or contact us directly. We offer flexible membership options to suit your needs, including unlimited class access or punch passes for specific visits. Our classes are booked through our easy-to-use booking app called “Wodify”. This app also allows you to track your progress and personal records for different WoDs or movements.
When you join IronBody CrossFit, you will be signed up to Wodify and can download the app for free from the App Store or Google Play.
At IronBody CrossFit, we have a wide range of equipment and facilities to support your fitness journey. Our gym is equipped with barbells and bumper plates, free weights, multiple squat racks, suspended ropes, GHDs, gymnastic rings, assault bikes, Concept 2 rowers, bikes, and ski ergs. We have two training areas – one for classes and another open gym area. We also have a stretching and warm-up area, change rooms with showers, and a contained kids area with a TV and couch for parents.
Our gym is open daily, with specific hours on weekdays and weekends.
CoachesOur experienced coaches are passionate about CrossFit and are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. They are all experienced CrossFit athletes themselves and are well-versed in the fundamental movements and correct techniques of CrossFit. They will work with you individually to ensure you are learning and progressing at a pace that is right for you. In every class, a coach will be present to guide and assist you, as well as answer any questions you may have.
To stay connected and engaged with the IronBody CrossFit community, we regularly organise events and competitions.
