Inner West CrossFit was founded in 2010 by David and Gemma Buckley. We are the 1st CrossFit affiliate in the Inner West of Sydney and offer the most experienced coaches in our area.
The incredible coaching staff, all bring different levels of expertise in the areas of exercise science, strength and conditioning, gymnastics, weightlifting, CrossFit Kids and CrossFit.
After 2 years of successfully introducing the Inner West of Sydney to CrossFit and creating a strong community we expanded our base and opened CrossFit Marrickville in 2012.
We now offer a membership where members have access to both gyms utilising coaches from both gyms and specialised programmes such as Inner West Barbell Club an affiliated Weightlifting Club with NSW Weightlifting Association and weekly Gymnastic Workshops.
We believe CrossFit is for everyone regardless of age, gender, or fitness experience. Furthermore, we invite you to join our community of dedicated members and experience this for yourself.
CrossFit is NOT easy. It requires a great deal of work to achieve your goals. When you walk through our doors you will immediately become part of a community that is both supportive and demanding. The coaches and the community will be there to support and encourage members to reach their goals.
