“Inner Serenity”: Centre for Yoga and Wellbeing, conducts group yoga and meditation classes and workshops .
Yoga classes are available for all ages, including general yoga for all fitness levels, gentle restorative and theraputic yoga and relaxation, seniors, children, special needs yoga, stress management for teenagers and VCE students.
Inner Serenity also provides a range of strategies to assist with stress and pain management. Special group and individual restorative yoga classes are held for Fibromyalgia/ Chronic Fatigue, Arthritis and related health disorders.
Inner Serenity has training and experience in working with people of all ages and backgrounds and aim to tailor classes and programmes to meet individual needs.
