Our classes are specifically designed to help you get fit, lose weight and drop body fat.
Our understanding coaches, Jamie and Kim, make every workout relevant, so you can become fitter and build lean muscle. Our CrossFit classes involve bodyweight exercises, lifting of weights and cardio training and are a maximum of 60 minutes duration. Your workouts will be short, they will be intense and, best of all, you’ll have heaps of fun!
