Indoor cricket has several variations with team sizes ranging from six to eight players. Played on a rectangle court that is fully enclosed by tight netting, batsmen run shorter distances than traditional cricket. Scoring is divided into physical runs and runs scored from hitting certain zones. Culminating in the Indoor Cricket World Cup the game is played over all levels, with all experiences, and harbours over 150,000 Australian participants yearly.
