Their class timetable is diverse, with options such as Flow, Release, and Lunar Flow + Release, among others. They also offer live-streamed classes for those who prefer to practise from the comfort of their own homes.

Regular yoga practise has numerous benefits, and InYoga encourages individuals to become members to experience them fully. With a membership, individuals gain access to the studio and can participate in classes at their convenience. Moreover, InYoga offers an online platform called inyoga. Online, where members can access a library of yoga, meditation, and wellbeing classes for all levels.

This allows individuals to practise with InYoga anywhere, anytime.

The story behind the studio is rooted in the desire for individuals to connect with like-minded others and deepen their knowledge and experience of yoga on and off the mat. InYoga's studio is located at Level 2, 137 Devonshire St, Surry Hills, NSW 2010. They have convenient opening hours from Monday to Friday (6am to 9pm) and on weekends (8am to 6pm).
