This is a medium paced class suitable for complete novices, experienced practitioners, and everybody in between. Variations and modifications are offered so that each student finds the balance between working comfortably within their capabilities, and challenging themselves when they are ready. Each week the sequence of postures change, covering a wide range of Asana. Whilst there may be some flow within the class, poses are often done in a more static style to focus on safe alignment. Movement is done with breath awareness. Classes are sprinkled with mindfulness practises, and end with a beautiful Savasana (resting pose). You’ll leave feeling replenished and nourished on every level!
