Once you've mastered the basics, HappensDance offers a social practise session at 9 pm, where you can practise your moves and dance the night away. Guest DJs play a variety of tunes every week to keep the dance floor alive. The cost for social dancing is $10 for those who are not attending a class.
For individuals and couples seeking personalised instruction, HappensDance offers private lessons with their experienced staff. Students can choose from a roster of talented teachers including Anabel, Ayla, Craig, Jane, Kevin, Rebecca, Russell, Sam, Sophie, Thomas, and Zoe. Private lessons can be arranged by contacting any of the staff members directly.
In addition to their regular classes and private lessons, HappensDance also caters to individuals preparing for weddings. They offer a 6-week beginner course specifically designed for those who want to learn the basics of West Coast Swing to improvise a wedding dance to the song of their choice.
