HappensDance is a dynamic and vibrant sports club located in Adelaide, Australia. Specialising in West Coast Swing, HappensDance offers a range of classes and private lessons for individuals and couples who are passionate about dancing and want to improve their skills.

At HappensDance, they believe in creating a supportive and welcoming community of dancers who enjoy the social element of West Coast Swing. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced dancer, HappensDance offers classes that cater to all levels and abilities.

The club offers a six-week beginners course that teaches the fundamentals of West Coast Swing. No prior experience or partner is required to join the beginners class. The next course is scheduled to commence on November 2nd, 2023. The cost for the full six-week course is $80.

Additionally, HappensDance offers a continuers class at 8 pm for students who have completed the beginners course. The cost for the continuers class is $20 per night for adults and $15 per night for concession holders. Purchasing a continuers class also grants free entry to the beginners class on the same night.

HappensDance also provides a bridging class at 8:30 pm, running parallel to the second half of the continuers class. The bridging class helps students who have completed the beginners course to bridge the gap and improve their dancing skills before joining the continuers class. New students are also welcome to attend the bridging class and ask questions in a relaxed environment. The bridging class is free for students who have attended the beginners or continuers class that night.

Once you've mastered the basics, HappensDance offers a social practise session at 9 pm, where you can practise your moves and dance the night away. Guest DJs play a variety of tunes every week to keep the dance floor alive. The cost for social dancing is $10 for those who are not attending a class.

For individuals and couples seeking personalised instruction, HappensDance offers private lessons with their experienced staff. Students can choose from a roster of talented teachers including Anabel, Ayla, Craig, Jane, Kevin, Rebecca, Russell, Sam, Sophie, Thomas, and Zoe. Private lessons can be arranged by contacting any of the staff members directly.

In addition to their regular classes and private lessons, HappensDance also caters to individuals preparing for weddings. They offer a 6-week beginner course specifically designed for those who want to learn the basics of West Coast Swing to improvise a wedding dance to the song of their choice. They also offer choreographed dance routines and skills to help individuals feel confident and comfortable dancing at any event. Private lessons for wedding preparations are available at a rate of $100 for a single hour lesson or $400 for a package of 5 × 1 hour lessons.

For bridal parties, HappensDance offers group private lessons to get everyone moving on the dance floor. The club provides discounted rates for groups of four or more, with pricing at $150 for a single hour lesson or $600 for a package of 5 × 1 hour lessons.
