About

Hadfield Football Club, also known as Hawks, is a sports club located in Melbourne, Australia. The club was established in 1971 and is based at Martin Reserve on Box Forest Road in Hadfield.

Originally known as the Hadfield Community Youth Club, the club started with humble beginnings. It had a tin shed and a tent as its social and changing rooms, located at Reddish Reserve. Games were played at various locations, including North Park Primary School and Hadfield High School. The players would change into their football gear in a garage owned by Roy McKerchar on South Street or in a tent erected at the High School due to safety concerns of crossing the road in their boots.

Currently, the club offers various sports and activities for the local community. In addition to football, the club also has links to other sporting organisations, such as Pascoe Vale Hadfield Cricket Club, Hadfield Netball Club, Hadfield Sporting Club, and Hadfield Committee. This allows members to participate in multiple sports and enjoy a well-rounded sporting experience.

The club's committee is led by President Alan Kerr, who can be contacted at 0413 948 592. The Vice President is Chris Dodorico, reachable at 0409 175 535. Yvonne Dodorico serves as the Junior Vice President and can be contacted at 0455 782 626. The club also has a dedicated Secretary named Bec Don, who can be reached at 0418 511 043.

Michael Dodorico is the Treasurer, and Alan Kerr serves as the Assistant Treasurer. For any inquiries related to club sponsorship, Cadia Tsoulakos can be reached at 0408 185 810, and Yvonne Dodorico is also available for club sponsorship queries at 0455 782 626.
