Gita is more than a Yoga School. It is Australia's first full time Yoga Institute. Established in 1954, Gita has led the way with yoga training in Australia. With 60 years of experience in teaching modern minds and bodies, there is a Heritage from Experience, and a Vision for 21st Century living and learning.
